It is a tradition of Shipston Probus that full details of the speakers and their subjects are not published to members in advance but the list below of previous talks gives an idea of the varied and stimulating topics that members have enjoyed recently. Our speakers usually talk for an hour with an informal question session to round off the morning followed by an informal bar gathering and two course meal with coffee to complete an informative and convivial meeting.

Friday 14th April, 2023. The Midlands Air Ambulance Charity will be giving us a talk on their operations

Friday 28th April, 2023. Our Annual General Meeting.

Friday 12th May, 2023. Ladies’Day. A meeting when our partners are welcome to join us, for a relaxed morning, when we will listen to a talk by a local guest speaker, on a wildlife-related subject, followed by an excellent two-course lunch, and coffee.

Friday 26th May, 2023. A talk by a guest speaker which promises to be most entertaining.

Friday 9th June, 2023. A regular meeting, with an interesting and, we hope, amusing talk

Friday 23rd June, 2023. a special Ladies’ Day meeting, at the Halford Bridge Inn. There will be an entertaining quiz, followed by a pre-booked lunch of two or three courses. For prices, menu, and booking details, please contact Paul Kelly at pak39@btinternet.com
